    Pinewood Derby!!

We did a pinewood derby for the Activity day boys and girls!! We were in charge of it as a primary presidency and I think it turned out good! Our main set back was the guy with the track broke down ad got here 45 minutes late! We had a few kids in tears about their slow cars but over all it was a success! Ray and Millie both had fun making their cars! Then Ray had soccer so Tiago got to race his car for him.

Once we were all set up – the racing went pretty quick! Millie was very into it. She didn’t win but she wasn’t slow either. Ray was a tiny bit faster and got 2nd place on most of his.

Ray got 3rd place for the boys – 8th overall.

Millie killed it in her Glow Play. She was one of the Butterflies. She sang so loud and knew her line perfectly. Hannah Gridley was a bee. Faye Boshard was the sparrow. Lucas Frandsen was a narrator. Lucy Swan was a sunflower. Tommy Christensen was the main character. Cougar was a firefly.

    Great Job Millie girl!!

    Ben’s 47th Birthday!!

Happy Birthday to the slowest present opener in our family! The kids wanted to give him gifts before school so we did it! He finally got his PURPLE PILLOW! Then he had to go to work all day and I wasn’t feeling great so… he coached soccer practice and then came home and did make shift dinner and made smoothies and we finished the night with playing a game and eating cake and doing the spanking train!

Ben is the oldest and the wisest! I enjoy being his partner and trying to keep up with him. He loves God, he loves family and he is always willing to help others. I am so lucky to be his wife. And these kids even recognize how lucky they are! Happy Birthday Ben!

    Mother’s Day 2022

I stayed home from church and rested and listened to the kids sing…

After church we had some chill time and chatted and wrote in my journal and … then we ate crepes!!

And then I was showered with gifts!

And then Falabella’s came over with STEAK and Ben made a bunch of side dishes and we had a delicious dinner. Mom and Dad and Emily’s kids all showed up right in time for dinner and then Matt and Jamie and family came and we had a nice evening visiting with everyone and celebrating mother Nettesheim. I tried to call my mom but just left her message and then chatted with her on Monday morning. I am grateful for great moms and grateful for great kids that call me mom and for a great husband that spoils me and His mom.

Benji had the early game. The girls reffed. I stayed home and rested and got ready for the baptism. I was asked to speak at Bennett’s baptism! Ben and Rose went to Rose’s game. I coached Millie! Then we watched Tiago. Then Kelsey brought Cove and Perry over to the house to play.

I wasn’t feeling very well all day but I didn’t want to miss out on the baptism or coaching or Kelsey… Kel and I took kids to McDonalds for dinner 🙂

And then we called it a night and I went to bed early.

    Ben’s Birthday Movie!

Doctor Strange! It was good but a bit dark but not the best marvel movie. Lots of people didn’t like it but our family did.

This was Friday night – Millie and Tiago went to Joel and Megans and then went with Kelsey to Seans.
