    THANKSGIVING!

We had a busy week with family in town!

On Friday after school we sent Benji and Packer off on a campout and we waited for the cousins to come for a last minute visit! Liz brought her kids to come play for the night and so we had Kelsey and Shannon and Joel and Sean all come over too! We stayed up LATE and had a blast.

On Saturday the cousins kept playing and Rob and Christy’s family joined the party. Ray and William both killed it in their wrestling tournament and Ben stopped to get the Thanksgiving Turkey!

The rest of us went and played Pickleball all morning! and then grabbed Kong Kones!

Then I went with Kelsey down to the BYU to watch the basketball game with her and the Eggers!

Sunday Dinner and a new game:

Rose’s Thankful List and Raymond’s Thankful list:

    Ben at his Work Thanksgiving:

On Monday night we went to the Lawrences for Monday night Football and fun. Then Tuesday we all went to Newsies at AF High:

    We puzzled all week LONG!!

    More pIckleball on Wednesday:

And then it was turkey day! It was rainy and cold all morning so we played inside games instead of football. Ben made the turkey adn we all made everything else! We had all of the Utah crew and the Eggers and we had such a fun time.

    We are truly blessed!!!

Millie and Tiago have been obsessed with Gus and Dagny – they want them to come over every day. Ww wish they lived down the street!

Here are 2 of the REFLECTIONS winners this year! Packer won 1st in film and Cali won 3rd in art!

Soaking up the last few sunny days:

The Boys still loving Fortnite – and Eliza and Tiago being friends:

We babysat Cove – I barely did anything. These kids of ours love babies!

    Cheerleaders! Football Season!

When the Packers and RSL games are at the same time:

Wrestling practice has begun!4:30-6:30 four days a week. Ray is 6:30-7:30 two days a week.

We killed Monday Night Manila Skate Night! All my kids have scooters and skates now and had a good time. When they were tired of skating they went out and “explored” the games and bounce houses. We got to skate with Matt’s family and the Falabella kids.

Tiago woke up begging for the park. I didn’t want to go. And it is cold outside and – so afterschool we went. I brought Cali and Rose and Ray so I sat in the warm car while the kids all played tag! Win Win.

Dress Up with my Day Crew:Turtle Power

Ben was gone for 1 night on a work trip so we sent him a goodnight picture. He spent 2 days with the executive team reporting and making big plans for next year and having some fun:

I went and got this couch from Starlee!

The Amazing Kristin made this Cake for Rose to celebrate her baptism!

The 1st Wrestling Tournament of the season for us: Orem High: 3rd, 1st, and 4th:

Benji and I are reading the UNWANTEDS series!

Lots of Loose Teeth around here – Benji, Rose and Ray, Rose lost hers last night but the other teeth are still HANGING in there:

    I love Millie’s coloring:

    And Tiago’s:

I let Tiago do Bubbles inside and Kinetic Sand – HE LOVED IT. When Millie came home they played some more and then I played Quarkle with them! Mom of the year today! The Older kids joined in after school. That night we learned a new game for FHE. Doing fun stuff with the kids is tiring but worth it.

And Now November is in full swing!!

    Rose’s Baptism Day

Rose Kristine Nettesheim – Baptized a Member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on Saturday November 3, 2018!

We started the morning by going to take pictures with Gentry before she had to go to her baptism 2 blocks away and an hour earlier. ( Yes, we considedered combining and decided to stick with the designated plan) These 2 are born a day apart in different statesbut we knew that they’d end up best friends some day 🙂

Proud Parents (Ben was proud too, but I left him home getting kids ready)

Rose and I stopped at the Barn for a quick photo shoot!

And then we were all ready on time so we gave her her new scriptures and scripture case!

We all headed to the Church and Ben and Rose went to get changed!

The baptism was Great! Sister Gordon helped me plan, Brother Reimschussel conducted. Jamie played piano and Amanda led the music. Grandma N. gave the opening prayer and then Benji gave the talk on Baptism. The cousins all sang the Rainbow song and then she got baptized. Grandpa N and Sean were the witnesses. She joined the double dunk club because her left hand didn’t go under. Everyone wrote special notes to her while I helped her change back into her dress. Then Kelsey gave a talk on the Holy Ghost and she was confirmed. Rose was really excited to get the gift of the Holy Ghost! Dad, Grandpa N, Reimschussel, Matt, Udine,Joel, Sean, and Tyler helped with the confirmation.  We had a closing song and Prayer by Packer and it was over. I think it turned out great.

We headed to the house right after and had Jimmy Johns sandwiches and chips and cookies! We played with cousins and enjoyed the afternoon with family!

We ended  the day by going to Rose’s soccer game and then hanging out with the Hancock’s eating ice cream, hot tubbing and watching BYU football. Nathaniel and I got baptized on the same day as each other 31 years ago. It was neat to have our girls get baptized on the same day!

We love having Gus and Dagny come play!

Rose got some more outfits for her doll!

I found this in Raymonds backpack! I’ve never seen him color a whole page before! 1st Grade:

A couple more soccer games! Rose and Ray and Benji all scored!

We hosted Brady’s Birthday Dinner/Party! We set up Baller Beats in the basement!

My baby boy can beat the first level of Mrs. Pacman! That’s a day for the scrapbook 🙂

Rose finished out her soccer training. She liked it but didn’t love not knowing anyone else out there:

A quick lunch date… Brady and I hung outin the morning and then met up on their lunch break!

Benji just finished Flag Football! 4th PLace this year. He has a better understanding of the game now and is just wishing he was taller and faster adn could get more chances at the ball.
