    Disneyland Day 1

We were so excited to take the kids to Disneyland! The 3 days were so fun and so exhausting and I’m so glad we went!

    We spent Monday in Disneyland…

We played so hard and came home and set the alarm for 6am and crashed!

    A few highlights!

Tiago did not like Space Mountain – but atleast he tried it.
    Best Cup of Tea EVER
    Sword in the STONE
Millie didn’t like Space Mountain either but everyone else did!

    Spring Break Sunday

We found a chapel near Knotts Berry Farm where we were staying and went to church. After church we headed to a park to spend the afternoon.

The LARGE Legos were a big hit. All of the kids enjoyed building and playing in buildings that others had built:

We played on the playground and with the sidewalk chalk. When we’d chilled the afternoon away we left and headed for our Hotel across from DISNEYLAND!! We checked in and ordered pizza and got everything ready for an early Disney morning. And we all went to bed early.

    Spring Break Take 1

It all started with a boring 9 hour car drive in our well packed and loaded 12 passenger van. We left the house about 4:45pm after school and work. We headed south on the I-15 and raced to California. We stopped at Wendy’s for dinner and the kids stayed up until 10 or 11pm and we got to the hotel at 2am which is really 1am local time.

    Shannon Time

I snuck off on a Saturday night in March to hang out with Shannon in SLC. We found some pickleball courts and played a few games!!

Then we went to dinner at Smash Burger and I finally got to go to Howdies Homemade Icecream! We chatted for days and then called it a night 🙂

    Spring Break Beach Day

    SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA

We spent most of the day Saturday at the beach. Everyone loved it. The waves were magical. The temperature was perfect. We snacked, played soccer, went on a walk, read my book, and kept coming back to play in the water and sand. When we were all exhausted we drove to our next hotel and swam in the pool and changed before heading out for a late dinner.

    Tiago is SOO cute!

Millie made this hat at preschool and let Tiago wear it!

    Packer still loves Fortnite.

The kids all helped Ben clear out last years garden while I was at my basketball game.

We’ve been eating lots of bananas – especially when they are personalized for school lunch.

    And some classic “Burrito, Burrito.”

    Packer the Producer

6th Graders had their film festival at Water Gardens Theater. I went and watched Packer get out of the Limo and come in with all of his friends. Then he and I had 8am popcorn and watched all of the Book Report Trailers.
