    Girls Weekend!

Angelee decided to come to town – so Erica and LaNell and I cleared our schedules and had a Super Fun Girls Weekend! Sometimes it’s just so great to pretend you are a young high schooler again and can eat whatever and stay up late and laugh all night and day. We hung out at Erica’s on Friday night and then got Costa Vida and played Skull King at LaNells. We stayed the night at Lans house. On Saturday we went on a morning hike and breakfast at Communal and spent our afternoon at the mall. LaNell made us dinner and we played more games and watched BYU lose in the tournament and we went and bought matching sweatshirts! Then on Sunday we went to our homes for church and then over to Erica’s with our families for Manicotti dinner and more games. We stayed out late hot tubbing that night and hugged and called it a weekend! It was so easy and fun to be together. Made some new memories and enjoyed our old ones. It’s Funny How Those Memories They Last.

    March Madness

I love March Madness! Sitting on the couch all day and night watching college basketball! Boom. Ben stayed and worked at home so that we could watch together 🙂 I had a girls weekend that first weekend of Madness so I missed a bunch of it but I loved watching everything I could. Tomorrow and Monday are the finals! (4/3 and 4/5)

Look at these cute matching sisters on a Friday afternoon!

    St. Patricks Day

Our kids and BEN love any reason for a holiday! Green grilled cheese, Jigglers, Shamrock Shakes and Green Lime Cake! Oh, and we thought the Leprechaun forgot to stop by but after school Ray found the pot of gold nuggets and rainbow skittles hiding in the entry way table!

Our top of the shed hang out is excellent!

    TEMPLE

Alex invited us to go to the Temple with him! We got to do a session with him and it was so great! I hadn’t been since February 2020. We were the only non temple workers in the temple. There were a few changes made for Covid. It was so wonderful to be in the temple again and especially with Alex and family! 3/17/21

    Brewer post Surgery

Brewer was so depressed when we got home at the beginning of march. It had been over 2 weeks in the cone and he was pathetic and lethargic and was limping around and we weren’t sure if he was ever going to recover… we finally decided to risk it and take his cone off. He was much happier and we left his foot unbandaged. He licked it like crazy but he is all better now! His eye looks so much better and his foot is good! He’s a new old dog.

Jarsh and Mal and thems Kids

These guys came to stay with us for a few days! Friday March 12th – Tuesday the 16th! On Friday we just had dinner and played games and got reacquainted 🙂 Joel and Sean and Shan came down and we played the music game and had some good chill time.

On Saturday we had some snow in the morning so these california cousins NEEDED to play in it. It was cute cause I can relate. They built a snowman and tried to make the coaster into a sledding hill. Then we spent the rest of the day over at Joel’s house hanging out and playing games. That night we all went out to eat at some Sushi place that had things that weren’t sushi that were delicious. Cali and Scarlet babysat Cove and Perry! Other kids all chilled at our place. And of course baby Kit with us.

On Sunday we did church ( Cali had her first talk in Sacrament Meeting! and she did great) and then we just chilled. We only had Joel and Kelsey that night and we invited the Eggers kids for Sunday dinner and games.

On Monday my kids had school but after school we went to the park to play. Most of the kids headed up this mountain and Cali and Packer went all the way to the “top”. They played a big game of football! and Megan brought us yummy food for dinner.

Then on Tuesday we went shopping ( or maybe that was Monday) and then when the kids got home from school they did one more hurrah and then Kong Kones and then Josh and Mal headed to Price to Mal’s parents. SO Much fun having house guests!
