    We Blessed Tiago!

Tiago was given a name and a blessing at church on Sunday August 2nd! It’s always wonderful to hear the blessings and know that they are on the records of the church.

Ben blessed him and His Dad, Pete, Matt, Udine, Joel, Sean, and Bishop Chipman stood in the circle.

The same crew with their families and Emily and Kelsey came over that evening for some dessert.

I love the gospel plan. I love seeing life events and knowing that our children are on the right path to return to their Father in Heaven.

    Tiago – 2 Months

back on August 1st ย was Tiago’s 2 month mark. We spent the day in the car so no amazing pictures from that day. The little man is getting chubby. He is super cute but not a great sleeper and has not figured out the art of chill time..

    Mehrtzen Creek

One of our other main activities was to drive to Mehrtzen Creek. We went on Tuesday and Friday. It is a creek with a great swimming hole and a rock that we could slide down or jump from and a rope swing. We had a lot of fun just hanging out and watching each other swim and watching the kids explore.

My mom and Dad always get in! I hope I’m still that fun when I’m older. They don’t just jump in because we make them – they are sometimes the first ones in and they enjoy it.

    Boba Wars

Really I don’t remember what this was called but … Kelsey’s activity was to spit some sticky bitter tasting balls at each other through big smoothie straws. Luckily Tiago was hungry right at war time so I sat and watched everyone get attacked and injured and messy. They had a blast ๐Ÿ™‚

    Tie Dye

Mal taught us all how to tie dye! It was fun. The kids each made their own shirt. I failed at my attempt but it was fun to see all the different patterns and colors.

    The Princess Play

My mom wrote a play for all of the girls to perform. It was an Annette Robertson original. Each princess had a special power and all of the princesses had to come out and dance the dragon back to sleep. When the Camden Dragon came out Millie freaked and stood in the corner the rest of the time ๐Ÿ™‚ The girls had so much personality and Grandma wrote it to fit their personalities. They had face paint and crowns and wands! The only bad part was that we waited too long to start the show and the lighting was really bad ๐Ÿ™
