3 kids

sometimes I just don’t know how my mom never yelled at us! Maybe she did and I just don’t remember because today has been one of those days. Get the baby settled someone comes crying and waking her up. Try to play and be nice and just get fits in return. Take them to their cousins and they still cry. Runny noses. Poopy up the back. Peeing on the floor instead of in the toilet. Baby can’t sleep unless I’m holding her. Chairs are still on the table cause I’m still trying to mop since 8am. Grouchy kids finally get in bed for naps but they don’t sleep – they kick the walls and yell Mommy and then let me know that Packer is poopy AGAIN… where did the peaceful happy days go???

    1. LOL!!!! That is the funniest blog post you have ever made! Some words of comfort: (this is something that I heard from a wise woman once,) “Mikila, its not all that its cracked up to be!” HAhahahaha. I am sorry that you had a bad day. Try not to rip your pretty hair out 🙂

    2. I don’t know if this will make you feel better or not, but at least you’ll get a laugh out of it.

This morning I was downstairs and Jax and Sunny were upstairs coloring. I was so glad they were keeping themselves busy and being so good. Turns out they were NOT being so good. Sunny has a ginormus ball that is squishy and stretchy. It has like stretchy strings coming out all over it (does that make sense?) Anyway, she was giving it a “haircut”. Yep, all over my house for Lila to choke on. I sent her to her room, but then I had to let her out b/c I was laughing so hard. She wants to be a “haircutting girl” when she grows up.

Hopefully the rest of my day will go better and so will yours.

    3. Jana, I hear ya barking! This happens to me almost everyday. And I do ask myself about your mom did it too. I never remember her yelling at all. But I think our moms were lucky for the fact that we were able to walk up to the neighbors house at the age of 4. And we could play outside by ourselves at 3 as well. I think it’ll get a little easier when our kids are older and a little more independent.
